Guidelines

    Shopping Guidelines

  • The first-time customers can directly select the products without joining the membership, but please be reminded that you need to become a member if you want to check the order status.
  • We will cancel the order of the customers who inform us to cancel it and who do not answer the message over sixty days. We’d like to remind that the canceled order will be kept for one month. The record of the canceled order over one month will be deleted and not be retrieved.

    Shopping Procedure

  • Join Membership (A member can check the status of order.)
    Select Product, Number, and Colors (Please check whether there is any repetition of the order. Once the order is confirmed, it can’t be corrected.)
  • Confirm the Total and Number/Shopping Cart Checkout
    Once the order is completed, we will send the confirmation letter to your mailbox. If you don’t receive the confirmation letter, please email to our customer service.
  • Select a payment method and delivery method.
    The delivery will take about 1-3 days (holidays excluded). If there are too many orders, it will take about 3-10 days (holidays excluded). When the order status shows “complete,” the delivery to your designated destination will take about 2-5 days (holidays excluded).

    付款及配送方式

  • 超商取貨付款:
    超商取貨付款60元
  • 信用卡。
    線上刷卡付款方式可使用VISA、Master、JCB之信用卡進行交易,需一次付清。
    配送方式:超商純取貨 / 宅配
    如付款未成功會顯示付款失敗或超過付款時間,訂單會自動被取消,請留意訂單在刷卡結帳,務必等付款成功再關閉視窗。
    宅配120元,訂單合併及運費計算:(單筆訂單滿1000元即免運)。
  • 香港、澳門、大陸地區:
    香港、澳門、大陸地區採線上刷卡,順豐速運寄送,貨到付款,無免運費,約1-5日送達(不含假日)。
    大陸地區,寄送限重3kg,超過3kg會拆成兩箱以上寄送,因清關需上傳身分證,下單後,請先加微信(ID:changshun_100)聯繫詢問。
    ※順豐寄送過海關會隨機抽查,若抽查到會有一筆關稅,需自行負擔。
  • 其他海外地區請來電詢問,或寄送mail至teatalk2581494@gmail.com。
    應配合內部流程運作快速順暢,皆以單筆訂單做出貨,故訂單成立後,無法做任何變更及異動,也無法合併其他訂單及無法拆單寄送。

    Pre-order Products

    Basically, the pre-order of the products will take 7-21 days, holidays excluded. (If the product is out of stock, the production will take more time. The pre-order time is about 7-31 days, holidays excluded). When the additional products arrive, we will send them to the customers immediately without any delay. Please don’t worry. We also hope you to receive the products as soon as possible.

    *In case that the product is totally out of stock, we will directly cancel the order of the customers who select convenience store pick-up and payment. If the customers who select remittance, we will ask whether to change products. If you don’t want to, we will return the money.—Please note the inquiry letter sent to your mail box.

    After Sales Service

    After receiving the products, if you find the damaged package, product defects, or incorrect items, please take photos and contact us within three days. We will provide the services of return, refund, and exchange for you immediately.

    Cancel the Order

    For the better operation process, after the order is confirmed, you can neither make changes to the order (such as add/cancel products, change products, etc) nor change the payment method. If you need to “cancel” your order, please call us to cancel the order when the order status is “processing.” If the order status is “complete,” which means the order has been delivered, your cancel or change will not be accepted.

    Refund Method and Time

    After we receive your return request, the refund will be transferred to your credit card account in 5-7 work days.

    ※Depending on the date of your checkout, the refund may be listed on the bill of this month or next month.

    Rules of Appreciation Period

    Based on Consumer Protection Act, you will have the right of 7-day appreciation period starting from the next day of your receiving the products when you shop on line. The appreciation period is for you to assess whether to buy the product rather than to try out the product. During the period of time, you can ask for return and refund. But we’d like to remind that the returned product has to be intact with all the contents, giveaways, annexes, packages, attached documents or files, or we have the right to reject your request for return and refund.

    Blacklist

  • Those who don’t pick up the products at the convenience store will be listed on the blacklist. If you have any inconvenience, please inform us in advance, and we will excuse it once and not add you to the blacklist. If we need to send the product for the second time for your personal reason, you need to replenish the freight NT$60. Swift code: 006/ Account number: 5584717304721/ Account holder: CHANG SHUN TEA Co.,Ltd. After the transfer is complete, please inform us for the second delivery.
  • Online shopping offers the 7-day appreciation period. However, if you have returned the products for several times in one year (depending on the seller’s judgment), we will not offer any further services to you. We’d like to ask the customers who pay more attention to details, materials, box style, and size to think clearly before placing an order.
