After Sales Service
After receiving the products, if you find the damaged package, product defects, or incorrect items, please take photos and contact us within three days. We will provide the services of return, refund, and exchange for you immediately.
Cancel the Order
For the better operation process, after the order is confirmed, you can neither make changes to the order (such as add/cancel products, change products, etc) nor change the payment method. If you need to “cancel” your order, please call us to cancel the order when the order status is “processing.” If the order status is “complete,” which means the order has been delivered, your cancel or change will not be accepted.
